Coös County Family Health Services is a nonprofit community based organization providing innovative, personalized comprehensive healthcare and social services of the highest quality to everyone, regardless of economic status. For more than 10 years CCFHS has provided services that include healthcare provided by NH Licensed MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, preventative services, screenings, health education, assessment of need for social and nutrition services and appropriate referrals to health and behavioral health specialty providers. In addition to Primary Care, special programs offered by CCFHS include Family Planning, STD Clinic Services, HIV Counseling and Testing, School-based Oral Health, Neuromotor Disabilities Clinics, WIC Nutrition Services, Infant Massage and RESPONSE to Sexual and Domestic Violence.
